Blaze Launchpad Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 15, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
Welcome to Blaze Launchpad, operated by Blaze Launchpad Inc, doing business as Blaze Launchpad. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of our public website and general communications with our facility, plus applicable online inquiries and booking interactions. They are not a substitute for separate enrollment contracts, participation waivers, membership agreements, or transaction-specific program policies. If a more specific signed or checkout agreement governs a particular service, that agreement controls for that service to the extent of a conflict.
Blaze Launchpad offers indoor batting-cage and turf rentals, baseball and softball lessons, training technology, memberships, camps and clinics, competitive baseball programs, birthday parties, and youth fitness and athletic-performance training through Blaze Launchpad Athletic Performance — Powered by Parisi Speed School. The website is intended for adult customers and parents or legal guardians acting for children. If you are a parent/guardian, you are responsible for information and consents supplied on behalf of a minor.
2. Use of website and accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and refrain from unauthorized access or misuse. Program descriptions, schedules, availability, prices, and promotional content are subject to updates; material terms of an individual purchase should be reviewed at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee continuous access to the website or that every displayed availability is current.
Reservations, programs, and equipment
Blaze Launchpad provides indoor batting cages, full-turf rentals, lessons, camps, clinics, memberships, birthday parties, and team/travel baseball programs. Bookings are subject to availability, eligibility, safety requirements, and the terms shown during checkout. A booking account may be required. Product descriptions, prices, hours, training technology, and availability can change.
Customers and participants must follow posted safety rules and staff instructions. Authorized adults must supervise minors as required. Only permitted users may access batting cages, pitching machines, and other training equipment; facility use may require an additional waiver, membership agreement, or booking acknowledgment. These Terms do not replace those separate agreements.
Blaze Launchpad Athletic Performance programs and interest list
Blaze Launchpad Athletic Performance — Powered by Parisi Speed School offers youth fitness and athletic-performance training at our Cicero facility. Program names, age ranges, schedules, availability, and launch timing may change. Submitting our program interest form adds a parent/guardian to an email list for program information and registration announcements. It is not an application, enrollment, reservation, or guarantee of placement, and it does not constitute consent to receive text messages. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
Future program registration and participation will be subject to separate enrollment agreements, safety and participation waivers, and program-specific terms presented at registration. Those documents control for those programs to the extent of any conflict with these general Terms.
Rental cancellations, memberships, and refunds
Cage and turf rental cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and credits are governed by the policies shown on our current rental/booking pages and at checkout. Different rules may apply to lessons, camps, birthday parties, memberships, team blocks, and travel baseball. Those transaction-specific policies control over any general summary here. Please review the cancellation deadline and any applicable fees when making your reservation.
Memberships renew according to the applicable membership checkout/agreement. Membership reservations are subject to availability and the published membership rules, including the possibility of reassignment when an eligible block is required for a contracted team or organization with applicable notice. An SMS opt-out or unsubscribe does not cancel a booking, membership, or recurring charge; please use the applicable account/cancellation process or contact us.
Facility access and safety
Members who are granted unstaffed-hours entry must keep access credentials confidential and may use them only for their authorized reservation. Customers are responsible for securing required supervision and using equipment only as permitted. We may suspend access for unsafe use or violation of facility rules, subject to applicable law and any written membership terms.
Online communication, chat, and electronic notices
Our website and communication platforms may provide contact forms, live or automated chat assistants, appointment or booking reminders, and customer-service responses. Automated responses are for convenience and may need confirmation by a staff member. Submitting an inquiry or using chat does not alone guarantee a reservation or program placement.
We may send emails related to bookings, account support, and services when permitted. Marketing messages and text messaging are subject to applicable consent choices and unsubscribe/opt-out rights. Communications from this sender may occasionally mention activities at other local sports facilities where the specific marketing permission and applicable rules allow it. This does not authorize those other facilities to text you, and customer contact lists and SMS opt-in records are not transferred between the facilities for their independent marketing.
SMS and MMS messaging terms
Sender: Blaze Launchpad (Blaze Launchpad Inc d/b/a Blaze Launchpad).
Program description: Individuals who separately opt in may receive non-marketing text messages about cage or full-turf booking confirmations, reservation changes, membership administration, lesson or camp scheduling, team or birthday-party coordination, facility access information, and operational or safety updates. When the sending business has the appropriate, separate marketing consent, we may send promotional texts about rental promotions, lessons, training programs, camps and clinics, memberships, birthday parties, and Blaze Baseball opportunities. We send only categories of texts for which appropriate consent has been obtained.
Consent: SMS opt-in is optional. Consent to promotional SMS is not required to make a purchase or register for a program. Where the opt-in form offers both promotional and non-promotional messaging, each category has its own optional, unchecked consent choice; choosing one does not require choosing the other. Providing a telephone number, accepting these general Terms, or submitting an ordinary web form does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing texts. Any promotional cross-reference to another venue is still a message sent by this business and subject to the consent given to this sender; no other venue gains texting permission from it.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency may vary based on your reservations, inquiries, and selections. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier about your messaging plan.
Opt out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that texted you. You may receive a confirmation text, after which messages under that opt-in will stop. To subscribe again, follow our then-current opt-in process. An SMS opt-out does not cancel an underlying class enrollment, rental, membership, or invoice.
Help: Reply HELP to our messages for assistance, or contact us at info@blazelaunchpad.com or (315) 452-6705.
Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on network conditions and your device or carrier.
Privacy: Our collection and use of personal information, including texting preferences, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Payments and third-party platforms
Some transactions are processed through outside registration, booking, membership, or payment services. Additional terms from those platforms and the applicable checkout or enrollment agreement may apply. You are responsible for fees you expressly authorize, subject to applicable law and transaction-specific refund or cancellation conditions.
Images, intellectual property, and third-party links
Website text, branding, graphics, and other content may be owned by us or used with permission, and may not be republished commercially without authorization. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites. We request a participant photo/video release from all enrolling families; whether a particular photo/video use is authorized depends on the permission actually provided. Accepting these website Terms alone does not grant or override media permission.
Disclaimers and lawful limitations
We strive to provide accurate website information but do not promise that the website will be continuously available, error-free, or complete. Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, or replaces required safety procedures, waivers, or staff supervision.
Changes and contact information
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update is subject to applicable law. For questions, contact:
