Blaze Launchpad is located at:

During our soft opening, we are open:
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Mondays: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Additional hours will be added as we expand operations.
Yes! Blaze Launchpad is currently open to the public during our soft opening with limited hours and availability.
A soft opening allows us to begin operating while we finalize systems, equipment, and processes. During this time, hours and availability are limited, and some features (such as full HitTrax functionality) are still being finalized.
Yes. All participants must follow posted rules and staff instructions at all times. Blaze Launchpad reserves the right to end any session without refund if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.

Booking & Accounts

All bookings are made through our online system. You will need to:
1. Create a free Blaze Launchpad account
2. Log in
3. Select your cage type and time slot
Yes. A free account is required to make any reservations or purchases.
Log in through the Login button on our website. Once logged in, you can book cage time, purchase packages, or buy a membership.

Standard Cages (Cages 1 & 2):
Private 12 ft wide by 70 ft long cages, perfect for tee work, front toss, soft toss, or live throwing.
Premium Cage (Cage 3):
Includes access to the pitching machine and (once fully available) HitTrax.
Not yet. HitTrax is currently being finalized and is not available during our soft opening.
✅ The pitching machine is available and included with Premium Cage rentals.
Yes. You can book a Full Turf Rental which includes all three cages and open turf space. These rentals require an inquiry through our contact form.

Yes. You can purchase multi-session packages:
- Buy 5 sessions and receive 5% off
- Buy 10 sessions and receive 10% off
Packages are purchased through your Blaze Launchpad account.
Yes. Teams, instructors, and organizations can reserve recurring time blocks. Please contact us to discuss availability and scheduling.

A membership allows you to reserve daily cage time at a discounted rate and provides priority access to training space.
Our goal is to provide 24/7 access via a secure access-control system, which is currently being installed.
For now, our team manages access manually by reviewing daily reservations and remotely unlocking and locking the facility for scheduled sessions.
While cage time can be reserved in advance using your membership, membership reservations are subject to cancellation with at least 72 hours’ notice if the space is needed for a newly contracted team or organization. Membership bookings are intended for use outside of team and organization contracted time blocks.

Yes. Players must bring their own bats. A limited number of balls are available on site. Tees and L-screens are provided.
Multiple players may share a cage booking. However, only the active batter and the person pitching or feeding the machine may be inside the cage. All others must remain behind the marked safety line or on the benches outside the cage.
No. The pitching machine requires a person to feed balls into it and is not fully automatic.
The recommended minimum age is 6 years old. Younger players may participate only with direct adult supervision and only for tee work or soft toss. All participants must be able to follow safety instructions.
- Sneakers, turf shoes, and molded rubber/plastic cleats are allowed
- Metal cleats or spikes are not permitted

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours:
  - 1st offense: 75% refund
  - 2nd offense: 50% refund
  - 3rd offense and beyond: No refund
If you arrive late, your session time is not guaranteed to be extended.
- If another booking is scheduled after yours, you will lose the missed time.
- If the cage is still available and the facility is still open, we will do our best to allow you to make up the missed time.
Membership bookings follow similar cancellation and refund policies as standard cage rentals. Memberships are subject to cancellation after consistent no-shows.
