Members may reserve eligible sessions during additional member-access hours. Off-hours access is explained in the Memberships section below.

Yes. Blaze Launchpad is open to the public. Online reservations are recommended because cage availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Use the Rentals & Pricing page to compare options and book.

The recommended minimum age is 6. Younger players may participate with direct adult supervision for tee work or soft toss. Every participant must be able to follow facility and safety instructions.

All participants must follow posted rules and staff instructions. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in the session ending without a refund. Only the active batter and the person pitching or feeding the machine may be inside the cage.

2. Log in to the booking portal.
3. Select the cage type, date, and available time.

Yes. A free Blaze Launchpad account is required to reserve cage time, purchase a package, or buy a membership.

Use the Login link. Once logged in, you can view availability, reserve Standard or Premium Cage time, purchase packages, and buy a membership.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.
• For cancellations within 48 hours: the first occurrence receives a 75% refund, the second receives a 50% refund, and the third and later occurrences receive no refund.

Your reservation still ends at its scheduled time when another booking follows yours. If the cage remains available and the facility is still open, our team will do its best to accommodate the missed time, but an extension is not guaranteed.

Membership reservations follow similar cancellation expectations as standard rentals. Repeated no-shows may result in membership-booking privileges being restricted or canceled.

Standard Cage: $25 for 30 minutes or $35 for 60 minutes.

Premium Cage: $45 for 30 minutes or $55 for 60 minutes, including HitTrax and the baseball pitching machine.

Full Turf: $160 for 60 minutes, $230 for 90 minutes, or $300 for 120 minutes.

Standard Cages 1 and 2 are private cages measuring approximately 12 feet by 70 feet and are suited to tee work, front toss, soft toss, or live throwing.

Premium Cage 3 includes HitTrax and the baseball pitching machine at one rental price. Live throwing is also allowed.

Yes. HitTrax is included with every Premium Cage rental and Premium Membership session.

Yes. The Premium Cage includes a baseball pitching machine. The machine requires someone to feed balls into it and is not fully automatic.

During standard Premium Cage bookings, the pitching machine is configured for baseballs and is not compatible with softballs. Softball players may still use HitTrax with live throwing.

A softball pitching machine can be arranged for team, recurring, or full-turf bookings with advance notice. Contact us before the session so the equipment can be configured.

Yes. A Full Turf Rental includes all three cages and approximately 2,500 square feet of training space. Optional dividers can be removed for team practices, group workouts, camps, clinics, or organization rentals. Contact us to inquire.

Yes. Standard and Premium Cage packages are available:

• Purchase 5 sessions and receive 5% off.
• Purchase 10 sessions and receive 10% off.

Packages are purchased through your online Blaze Launchpad account.

Yes. Individual cages or the full turf area can be reserved on a recurring basis for team practices, instruction, or organization use. Contact us to discuss availability and scheduling.

Players should bring their own bats. A limited number of balls are available on site. Tees and L-screens are provided.

Multiple players may share a reservation. Only the active batter and the person pitching or feeding the machine may be inside the cage. Everyone else must remain behind the marked safety line or on the benches outside the cage.

• Sneakers, turf shoes, and molded rubber or plastic cleats are allowed.
• Metal cleats and metal spikes are not permitted.

Basic Membership — $99/month: 30 minutes in a Standard Cage per day.

Premium Membership — $149/month: either 30 minutes in the Premium Cage or 60 minutes in a Standard Cage per day.

Each plan includes one qualifying membership reservation per day. See the Memberships page for the full comparison.

Basic includes one 30-minute reservation per day in Standard Cage 1 or 2, plus a 50% discount on the pitching-machine add-on.

Premium includes either one 30-minute session per day in Premium Cage 3 or one 60-minute session per day in Standard Cage 1 or 2. Premium Cage use includes HitTrax and the baseball pitching machine.

Members may reserve eligible sessions during available member-access hours. When a reservation is outside staffed front-desk hours, the member receives a facility access code for the scheduled session.

Membership reservations are intended for time outside contracted team and organization rental blocks. A membership reservation may be canceled with at least 72 hours’ notice if the space is needed for a newly contracted team or organization.

New customers should create a free account. Then log in, choose Basic or Premium, and complete the purchase through the booking portal.

Current programs, dates, ages, prices, and registration status are listed on the Camps & Clinics page. Programs are removed from that page after they end.

Select the registration button on the program’s listing. If registration has not opened yet, the page will display “Registration Opening Soon.”

Some multi-day camps offer both full-week and individual-day registration. The available format and pricing are stated on each program listing. Single-day registration is not guaranteed for every camp.

Age ranges and any experience requirements vary by program. Review the specific listing before registering. Contact us when you are unsure whether a program is appropriate for a player.

Program content varies, but listings explain the planned focus. Programs may include hitting, fielding, throwing, competitive activities, or other baseball skill development inside the Blaze Launchpad indoor facility.

Yes. Current instructors, backgrounds, availability, and online booking are available through the Private Lessons page.

Visit the Private Lessons page, then log in to the Blaze Launchpad customer portal or create a free account. Select Private Lessons, choose a coach and available time, and complete the booking online.

Yes. Available coaches and lesson times are shown in the customer portal. Choose the coach and listed time you would like to book.

Current pricing is displayed in the customer portal before you complete the booking.

Lesson focus may include hitting, fielding, throwing, mechanics, or another player-specific goal. Review the current coaches on the Private Lessons page and choose an instructor whose background aligns with the player’s needs.

Yes. Blaze Launchpad offers private baseball-themed birthday parties for children ages 6 and older. Every party includes 60 minutes in the batting cages followed by 45 minutes in the party space, for a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Yes. The entire Blaze Launchpad facility is reserved for your party. Your group has exclusive use of all three batting cages, and no other customers are booked into the facility during the party.

Rookie — $329: includes up to 12 children.

All-Star — $429: includes up to 18 children, Blaze party cups, a birthday-child T-shirt, party plates and napkins, and a future 30-minute Standard Cage rental for the birthday child.

MVP — $529: includes up to 25 children, everything in All-Star, two cheese sheet pizzas, 25 juice boxes, and a future 60-minute Standard Cage rental for the birthday child.

The birthday child and all children participating in the party activities count toward the package total. Adults do not count toward the child total.

Rookie and All-Star parties may add children for $15 each. The MVP Package is limited to 25 children.

Birthday parties are scheduled by request. Email info@blazelaunchpad.com or use the Contact page with your preferred date, desired time, package, and estimated number of children. Our team will confirm whether the requested time can be accommodated.

A $100 deposit is required once availability is confirmed. The deposit is applied toward the total party price, and the date is not reserved until the deposit is received.

The deposit is non-refundable. With sufficient advance notice, it may be transferred to a new available party date.

Yes. Families may bring their own cake, food, and beverages. Food is not included with the Rookie or All-Star packages.

The MVP Package includes two cheese sheet pizzas and 25 juice boxes. Optional add-ons include ice cream sandwiches by the dozen, Cape Cod chips by the dozen, and an additional cheese sheet pizza for MVP parties.

ValoClimb is an interactive climbing wall that uses projected graphics and motion tracking to turn climbing into a game controlled by the players’ movement.

The $30 party add-on provides access throughout the celebration. Participants may use it while waiting for a batting cage or during the party-space portion.

The All-Star Package includes a future 30-minute Standard Cage rental for the birthday child. The MVP Package includes a future 60-minute Standard Cage rental for the birthday child.

The future rental must be used within one year of the party.

Blaze Baseball is a competitive travel baseball program based at Blaze Launchpad in Cicero, NY. The current 2027 program includes 11U, 14U, and 15U teams.

The current 2027 season fee is $2,200.

Teams are expected to practice twice per week beginning after January 1. The current season plan includes around 35 games and 4–5 tournaments.

Yes. Blaze Baseball provides game jerseys, baseball pants, and team hats. Families will also have access to an online team store for optional additional apparel.

Blaze Baseball players receive 50% off Blaze Launchpad memberships and 50% off eligible 2026–2027 classes and clinics.
