This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information through our website, registrations, bookings, in-person interactions, customer service, and electronic communications. This policy applies to Blaze Launchpad and not automatically to other facilities or franchise locations.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, login/account identifiers, and communications preferences.
  • Participant and family information: a child's name, age or birth date, guardian contact information, participant enrollment details, emergency contacts, signed waivers, and any health, allergy, accommodation, or other safety information that a guardian voluntarily provides for participation.
  • Booking, purchase, and payment information: reservations, attendance, programs purchased, membership details, transaction history, and limited payment-related information from our payment providers. Full payment card credentials are generally processed by payment service providers rather than stored directly by us.
  • Communications: information you submit through contact forms, chat assistants, email, phone calls, and SMS/MMS, including the contents of inquiries, appointment requests, and customer-service exchanges.
  • Website and device data: IP address, browser or device information, website interactions, referring pages, and information collected through cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, and similar technologies where used.
  • Photos, videos, and permissions: images of participants or activities and a record of the permissions selected by their parent/guardian or adult participant. We request a photo/video authorization or release from every enrolling family; completing a release does not necessarily mean permission was granted for every proposed use. We use and publish identifiable participant media in accordance with the authorization actually given and applicable law. Contact us with a question or request concerning your child’s image.
  • Athletic-performance program interest information: if you complete our Blaze Launchpad Athletic Performance interest form, we collect the parent/guardian’s first name and email address, the program(s) selected, an optional general age range for the child, and a record of the email-permission choice, including the submission date and time and the page where the form was submitted when available. The interest form does not ask for a child’s name or date of birth.

3. How we collect information

We obtain information directly from parents/guardians and adult customers, from online inquiry, interest, and registration forms (including our athletic-performance program interest form), through our Squarespace website, booking and account systems (including eSoft Planner where used), payment providers, and our GoHighLevel-based customer communication tools, from staff interactions, and from cookies or similar technologies on our website. We may also receive information from vendors acting on our behalf, such as payment and booking services.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries and provide cage and turf rental inquiries, membership questions, coaching and lesson inquiries, birthday parties, camps, clinics, travel baseball, and customer service; enroll and supervise participants; manage billing, reservations, memberships, staffing, and safety; deliver program and operational updates; maintain records and prevent misuse; improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations. We may use automated chat or messaging tools to answer questions and route requests. If you join our Blaze Launchpad Athletic Performance interest list, we use our GoHighLevel-based customer communication tools to store your contact record and program selections and to send a welcome email, program information, and announcements when registration opens. Where permitted by law and the choices you make, we may use information for campaign measurement and our own marketing. We may occasionally mention programs or events at other local sports facilities in a message sent by Blaze Launchpad to its own customers, but we do not move this customer list into another business’s CRM for that business to run its own campaigns. Consent to messages from us is not permission for a different sender to text you.

5. Email, text messages, and consent

If you provide your contact details, we may respond to an inquiry or communicate about a request or transaction as permitted by law. Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional SMS messages. Where we offer a text-message subscription, the applicable opt-in process must identify the sender and request optional, affirmative consent for the selected category of texts; promotional and non-promotional texts have separate consent choices when offered together. We will honor the categories of consent actually given.

If you opt in, we may send the type of messages you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information above. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any of our services. Email marketing can be unsubscribed from using the instructions in the message.

Athletic-performance interest list: Joining the Blaze Launchpad Athletic Performance interest list is voluntary and requires affirmatively selecting an initially unchecked email-consent checkbox. This permission is required to submit the interest form, but joining the list does not enroll a child in any class or program, reserve a spot, or provide consent to receive text messages. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.

Mobile-information and SMS-consent protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How information is disclosed

We may disclose the information reasonably required to support our operations to service providers performing functions such as registration, scheduling, website hosting, payment processing, CRM and communications, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, and professional advice. Such providers should use the information to provide their services, subject to appropriate contractual and legal requirements. We may also disclose information when required by law, for safety, fraud prevention, or to protect legal rights. Our management and support personnel may access information as needed to provide services for this business, but other facilities do not receive a copy of this business’s customer database for their separate marketing. The SMS protections stated above apply to all such arrangements.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Depending on the tools enabled at the time you visit, our website may use essential cookies and third-party technologies such as analytics and advertising measurement tags to understand website traffic, measure campaigns, and improve user experience. This description does not mean that every listed technology is currently installed. Depending on your browser and applicable law, you may be able to manage cookies through browser settings or available site controls. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies.

8. Children and parent/guardian responsibilities

Our services frequently involve minors, but registrations and online submissions concerning children should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not intend our public website or marketing forms to solicit personal information directly from children under 13. We use children's participant information for enrollment, supervision, safety, and other purposes described in this policy. Parents and guardians may contact us with questions about a child's information.

9. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business and safety records, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Access, correction, and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, update communication preferences, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify the request and retain records when legally or operationally required. Your rights may vary based on applicable law.

11. External websites and services

Our site may link to independent booking portals, social platforms, and other third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information.

12. Policy updates and how to reach us

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, services, or legal requirements. A revised policy will be posted with a new effective date.
