Parisi Evaluation
Understand Your Athlete's Starting Point. Build a Better Path Forward.
An individualized athletic assessment of movement, speed and strength, followed by a one-on-one review with the evaluator and a recommendation for your athlete's next step. Required before Total Performance.
What is the Parisi Evaluation?
Know Where Your Athlete Is Starting
Until an athlete knows their current level of ability, it is difficult to recommend programming realistically, establish meaningful goals, and monitor progress.
The Parisi Evaluation is a one-time assessment for athletes ages 7–18. It gives you and our coaches a clear picture of how your athlete moves today, and a recommendation for the training that fits best.
How it works
What Happens at the Evaluation
Active Dynamic Warm-Up
Athletes are introduced to the signature Parisi Active Dynamic Warm-Up.
Running Analysis
A coach observes how your athlete runs and moves.
Speed & Strength Tests
Athletes complete a series of speed and physical-strength movements.
One-on-One Review
The athlete and parent meet individually with the evaluator to review the results, discuss development goals and agree on the most appropriate next step.
Who should book
When an Evaluation Is Required
Required: Total Performance
A Parisi Evaluation is required for Total Performance (ages 12–15). You can reserve your class spot as soon as you've scheduled your evaluation. Your evaluation must be completed before your first Total Performance training session.
After the evaluation, our staff confirm your athlete's placement. If another program is a better fit, we'll work with you to adjust the enrollment.
Not needed: Game Time & Jump Start
An evaluation is not required or recommended for Game Time (ages 7–18) or Jump Start (ages 7–12). You can register for those classes directly.
Completing an evaluation does not guarantee eligibility for a particular program. The evaluator may recommend a different program that better fits your athlete's age and stage of development.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled evaluation. Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and running shoes and bring a water bottle. Check in at the Blaze Launchpad front desk.
